Bauhaus Earth and the Toni Piëch Foundation are joining forces to facilitate change towards a sustainable future of construction and cities. In a new project, the aim is to create a changemaker’s guide for the transition to a regenerative built environment under real life conditions in the Global South.

ETH Zürich and the Toni Piëch Foundation have entered the second phase of their collaboration on an Urban-Scale Energy Modelling (USEM) tool. The City Energy Analyst has already been applied in several European countries as well as Canada and Singapore. Find out more about the project development.

The role of the building sector in climate change has received increasing attention, but the lack of accessible and illustrative information from credible sources has hindered the general public, professionals and change-makers from participating in the discussion. This is where Bauhaus Earth and TPF come in.

We have defined goals for what we want to achieve in 2022 with our projects and programmes.

The ultimate goal of this project with the ETH Zürich is to accelerate the energy transition by and in cities.
